Step Aerobics is a great total body workout. It has been around for a long time and truly delivers results. We use "the step" to raid the heart rate and burn maximum calories. You are in control of how intense you want to make the workout - so this is great for any level of fitness. This class is followed by a 15 minute strength raining session using hand weights, squats, lunges, core work and cool down.

This class takes great music and combines it with simple resistance band movements. Using the band creates a safe, fun, and effective workout. This is a wonderful total body workout that is great for any level of fitness.

- With Carol Patterson
This is a killer total workout, combining all elements of fitness - cardio, muscle, conditioning, balance, and flexibility. Zumba is amazing. In this class you will dance to great music with great people - all while burning maximum calories. It is so much fun you won't even realize how hard you are working.

We combine dancing to the top 40 radio hits with traditional exercise. This all in one will focus on cardio blasting, strength building, and tons of fun. If you want a workout that doesn't feel like a workout - Dance2Fit is for you!

In this class we will start off with aerobic and cardio. That will quickly be followed by squats, lunges, core work, planks, and so much more. This class is great with modification. Any movement or exercise we do can be modified for any fitness level - making it impactful for every person.
