We offer 10% discounts for students, teachers, federal and state employees, as well as all military and their families.
Are there any additional fees?
We are WAIVING all startup fees listed below!
Just a one-time starting package! Don't worry, it has perks and includes that month's charge as well as your card fee!
The starting package includes the ability to use the facilities until your first monthly charge, access to the RhinoFit software, and keycard if needed.
Starting packages are priced as follows:
Single - $49.99 | Couple - $59.99 | Family - $69.99
That fee is due in place of your first month's membership on the day you sign up. After that, it's just the monthly fee!
Wait, so do I get charged twice?
Of course not! In order to make sure members are not charged for their starting package too closely to their first month, we will now charge all members on one of two dates per month.
If you sign up between the 1-15 of the month you will be charged on the 5th of each month.
If you sign up between the 16-31 of the month you will be charged on the 25th of each month.
Ex: Tim comes in on July 2nd to get a membership. On that date, he pays $49.99 for his starting package. He receives his card and the items that come with the package. His future billing date will be set for the 5th of each month. He will not be charged for the month he signed up. His first monthly payment will be on August 5th for the amount of $19.99.
Ex 2: Sally and Allen come in on November 18th to get a couple’s membership. On that date, they pay $59.99 for their starting package. They receive their cards and the items that come with the package. Their future billing date will be set for the 25th of each month. They will not be charged for the month they signed up in (November). Their first monthly payment will be on December 25th for the amount of $29.99.
Members that stay for a year are eligible to join our rewards program. This drops your rates for every month going forward! Check in with our office for more information.
No problem and no fees!
We're sad to see you go, but we understand that things happen. We want you as a member because you WANT to be here. Not because a contract says so. If you do cancel, there is no fee. Simply turn your membership card into the front desk. If you decide to sign back up, you will have to pay for a new starter package and your eligibility for our rewards program will start back over with a new membership.
